The 25.9 InLei Professional Procedure
A keratin lift is a simple, yet highly effective treatment that takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Here is a step-by-step breakdown for professionals.
Analyze the client's eyes and natural lashes to choose the correct silicone shields for the desired curl. Ensure eyes are healthy and makeup-free.
Clean the lashes and eye area with InLei® Mousse Oil Free (e.g., Aloe Vera). Apply with circular movements using an InLei® brush until completely clean.
Apply InLei® InPatch or Black Pad eyepatches to secure lower lashes and protect the skin. Prime the upper lashes with InLei® Saline Pretreatment.
Apply InLei® Fixing Gel to the shields and place them on the closed upper lid. Lift lashes onto the shield using Fixing Gel and the Fillering tool, ensuring they are perfectly parallel.
Apply InLei® Lash Form1 (1.5 - 2mm from roots) and leave on for 6-14+ minutes. Remove, then apply InLei® Lash Fix 2 for half the time plus one minute. Remove.
Mix InLei® Tint with Developer Cream (1:1). Apply along the entire length of the lashes for 6-12 minutes. Remove with dry cotton buds.
Apply InLei® Lash Filler 3, allowing complete absorption. Clean the area with Mousse Magica to remove all glue residue. Finally, apply InLei® Lash Molecular 4 leave-on reconstruction and comb through.
*Using InLei® Adiutrix serum daily during a three-treatment cycle over three months achieves a 28% thickening and 12% lengthening.
Client Care Guidelines
Preparation and aftercare are key to achieving and maintaining optimal, long-lasting results.
Pre-Treatment
- Avoid Eye Makeup: Do not wear mascara on the day of the appointment.
- Remove Contacts: Take out lenses before the treatment begins.
- No Oils: Refrain from using oil-based skincare around the eyes for 24 hours prior.
- Patch Test: Request a patch test 24 hours before if you have highly sensitive skin.
Post-Treatment
- Keep Dry (24hrs): Avoid water, steam, and heavy exercise for the first 24-48 hours.
- No Mascara (24hrs): Let the treatment fully set before applying makeup.
- Avoid Oil: Stick to oil-free cleansers to protect the keratin lifespan.
- Be Gentle: Comb daily with a clean spoolie and avoid rubbing the eyes.
