No. Brow Lock 2 fixes the shape. Brow Bomber 3 provides the nourishing finish.
Does brow lamination grow new eyebrow hairs?
Brow lamination reshapes existing hairs for a more uniform, fuller-looking appearance. It is not a hair-growth treatment.
